Terms of Purchase

The following conditions apply and it is deemed that you agree to these conditions if you are using this web site and enquire/order or buy terms:

We take care to ensure that all the artwork contained in this web site is available.  It is however beyond our control to know immediately when an art item is sold at one of the galleries. We will at least contact the galleries once a week to update the web site by taking off the items that are no longer available.

When an enquiry is received about certain items, we will confirm that these items are still available and reply by email with a quotation of the transport cost.  The transport cost will be determined according to the weigh, volume and destination of the transportation and will include insurance but exclude customs fees. The transport cost will be to the physical address as supplied in the "Contact us" form and will be included in the invoice for the items. 

Any problems concerning the state of the merchandise on its reception must be noted in the presence of the transporter on the obligatory in voice at the time of opening the package. Any subsequent complaint will be null and void. If the merchandise does not conform to your impression made at the time of buying, you can refuse the package whose insurance and return journey expenses will be entirely your responsibility. In every instance please inform us by fax or email.

Payment of 100 % must be received before dispatch or collection. No merchandise will be sent without total payment before hand.  Payments by cheque will have to be cleared by the bank before the items are dispatched.

The charges for purchases made through a representative will remain the responsibility of that representative in the event of non payment of the total amount due, including any supplementary funds incurred in our recuperation of the total.
